Terms and Conditions: All reservations subject to availibility of selected size of unit at the time of rental. If the size of unit is not available, we will contact you by telephone to see if another size unit and corresponding monthly rate will be acceptable. All rentals and reservations are handled on a first come first serve basis. All reservations will be followed up by telephone confirmation. All confirmed reservations will be held by a valid credit card. Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours prior to reserved date a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.
